Andree Martinez

Andree was brought up within El Paso Texas. She was born and was raised in Chihuahua Mexico. She is from a family which has a lot of entertainment genetics. Since she was a child her family was surrounded by TV show hosts including her sister Karla Martinez (Host of Univision's Despierta America! In her early years, she grew up with television personalities such as her younger sister, Karla (Host of Univision's Despierta America! Andrew Martinez serves as vice president, Safety, Security and Resiliency at Southern California Edison. SCE is among the largest electric utilities. SCE has made safety of workers as well as security of the corporate environment a primary concern. Martinez is responsible for all of programs and initiatives that are focused on these areas. Martinez assists the safety leadership in reaching group safety objectives by providing mentorship to them and quality safety training programs. Martinez held the position of director of Safety Training and Compliance at SCE before assuming this role. Before that, he worked as the director of Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services at SCE. In his 30-year tenure at SCE Martinez has held several senior positions within corrective action as well as performance improvement programmes, such as positions in the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) that focused on safeguarding employees and the public from hazards.
