Anne Celeste Heche was an American actress known for her work across a range of types of film, television and theatre. Her work was recognized with numerous awards like an award called the Daytime Emmy Award for her performance in the theater and on television. Anne Celeste Heche was an American actor. Anne Lockhart (born Anne Kathleen Maloney on September 6, 1953) is an American actress. She's best-known as Lieutenant Sheba from the Battlestar Galactica TV series from 1978-1979. She is daughter of actress June Lockhart. Lockhart began her acting career very early. For T is for Tumbleweed, Lockhart's first film role came aged four. Oscar nominations were announced for the short documentary. She would spend time on the set with her mother, so that she would learn about the nuances of business. Lockhart has even appeared in numerous Lassie episodes. Dora in Jory in 72 was her first movie. At age 18 she played her mother Joan Crawford in 1972 television show The Sixth Sense. Joan was the last actress in the series to be featured on the series The Sixth Sense. Rumor has it that Anne was not interested in playing Laurie Strode, the character in the horror film of John Carpenter's film Halloween. The character was given to Jaime Lee Curtis. Carpenter states that the actress turned down his offer to portray Laurie Strode. Anne is unable to recall John Carpenter having contacted her nor offering the role. There is a chance that one of Anne's agents rejected it for her reasons without informing her. Glen Larson sent her an preliminary draft of script to play the role of a character on 1978's TV show Battlestar Galactica. The actress initially refused the part since the character did not seem to be strong enough. Glen was able to write the role with a more powerful character, Sheba. The Living Legend, the first 25 pages of which she read it was immediately embraced. The program ran for one episode. The actress starred alongside Desi Arnaz Jr. (son of Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball) Melanie Griffith and Robert Carradine in the film Joyride (1977) as well as co-starred alongside Michael Moriarty in the horror movie The Dark Tower (1987).
